Pressure reduction units
Pressure reduction units, produced by the "INTRA EM" company are designed for pressure reduction and automatic uninterrupted maintenance of output pressure regardless of changes in flow rate and input pressure, automatic shut-off of the gas supply when the output pressure changes above the preset limits. Furthermore, depending on the regulator model, a pressure reduction unit can provide maintaining the preset gas pressure before it. Pressure reduction units can be used for natural gas and any non-corrosive gases. Depending on the application, there are produced the units of different models with different capacities. Pressure reduction units have possibility of local and remote control. The units can be made on the frames or in block boxes.

Depending on the requirements, the different execution schemes of pressure reduction units are possible. Piloted and unpiloted gas pressure regulators, and flow control valves with electric actuators can be used as a regulating body. Protection against over/under pressure can be performed with safety relief valves, safety shut-off valves, circuits with two regulators (monitor-active), shut-off valves with electric actuators. Automation systems SCS 2010, SCS 2500 based on the Siemens controller or automation system HC 900 based on the Honeywell controller can be used for control of gas pressure reduction units. The equipment used is designed to operate in a wide range of pressures and gas flow rates, which eliminates the need for installation of additional units for low flow rates.
