Gas supply restriction units
The automatic bloc-type plant for control and regulation of gas parameters (ABTPCRGP) produced by the "INTRA EM" company is a gas flow and pressure regulation system as well as can be used for the gas supply restriction. The unit can be used for natural gas and any non-corrosive gases. Control and regulation is carried out by the Station automation system RMG SCS 2010 based on the Siemens Simatic S7. Depending on the application, the gas flow restriction units of different models and with different capacities are made. The gas supply restriction unit can be controlled both from a control rack located on the station and from the gas supplier's central control room.
A typical unit consists of:
- Shut-off valves
- Gas flow regulating valve
- Automatic control system
- Gas meter (of any type)
- Gas volume corrector (of any type)
- Communication gateways for connection of the unit control system with the supplier's control room
- Upper level systems for gas supplier's control rooms
- Pressure sensors
- Temperature sensor
